What are my obligations as a Host?

As a Prked Host, you are expected to make your listed parking space(s) safe and accessible by the time a reservation begins. In order to publish your listing, we require proof that you are either the legal owner, an operator of the listing address, or that you have obtained the right to rent. As a Host, it is your responsibility to be aware of and abide by all local laws, lease agreements and codes, as well as Homeowners Association and neighborhood policies.
