Prked will notify you 15 minutes prior to the end of your reservation. If the space is still available after your reservation end time, you have the option to extend your reservation. To do this, find active reservations by going to "My trips" in the driver menu. Then tap in the "Active" selection, which will present your active reservations. Tap on the reservation you would like to extend to open the reservation details and press the button that says “Extend.” If the reservation cannot be extended, this means that either the space is scheduled to become unavailable after your reservation or another Guest has reserved it. If this is the case, please make sure you move your vehicle by the end of your reservation, as staying past your reserved time may result in a fine or, and in some extreme cases, being towed.
If an emergency situation arises and you cannot extend your reservation or return to your vehicle on time, message the Host from the Reservation Details screen to let them know what’s happening and reach out to Customer Care for further assistance.
