Prked sends an alert to Guests when their reservation is almost over. It also gives your Guest the option to extend the reservation if your listing schedule allows. If your Guest’s vehicle is still in your space after their reservation has ended, you can contact them through our messaging system. If they don’t reply and move their vehicle promptly, you can also reach out to Customer Care through the Help Center and we will help you determine the best course of action from there.
