Trying to find parking at the Camping World Stadium for the Paul McCartney concert coming up on May 28th

prked.zendesk.com/ I downloaded this app and pin put in my information and submitted plenty of requests of questions about how to obtain parking for the Paul McCartney concert coming up on May 28th but nobody's getting back with me even though I've submitted it many times. Anybody have an idea on where to park and how to park for this event coming up here?
